Free and Easy! That's the JK Western way. All of our returns and exchanges come at no cost to you!
1. Head on over to our Returns Portal and follow the instructions!
2. Print your pre-paid shipping label and send the item(s) back to us in the original packaging.
- Please drop your package off at the nearest carrier location within 28 days.
- We'll issue you a refund, gift card, or an exchange once we approve your return.
JK Western is currently only available in the 48 Contiguous United States.
Do you offer free returns and exchanges?
- We do! All returns and exchanges are 100% free for items not marked as a Final Sale at the time of your purchase and are in unworn/unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Unworn/unused = with original tags (if any), unworn and unwashed, no damage to any area of the boots, and no scuffing on the outsoles.
- For any JK Western cowboy boots, we ask that you try them on carpeting to avoid scuffing the outsole.
- Any items purchased as a Final Sale are not eligible for a return, exchange, or credit and are considered as is. Additionally, promotional coupons and codes cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
